Schedule
- Weekdays (Monday–Friday), 35 hours/week
- 8‑hour days; start time must be consistent, communicated with Director of Rehab (DOR)
- Start time must be between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- No weekends required unless a holiday falls on a weekday; if so, hours may be made up on a weekend
- No on‑call; day shift
Compensation
- Rate: $2,072 for 35 hours
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year SLP experience preferred
- New graduates accepted if they have completed Level II clinical experience (Level I observation only is not sufficient)
- Experience in Long‑Term Care (LTC) or Rehab settings
- Missouri state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)
Responsibilities (typical)
- Provide assessment and treatment of speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in an LTC/rehab setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
- Communicate schedule and availability consistently with DOR
Compliance
- Must meet facility onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start date
