Job Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME accredited nephrology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Eligible for a Florida medical license
- Expected to build and maintain both office based and dialysis-based patient panels
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Participation in quality initiatives and committees that support strong clinical care
- Interventional nephrology experience welcome
- Compensation structure aligned with experience and performance
- Defined path to partnership with leadership opportunities including medical directorships and joint ventures
