• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm with 2nd call backup at 1:5 ratio
• 18 patient encounters per clinic shift; trauma 6+
• In clinic 2 days per week -- remainder in OR, rounding, and consults
• 1 - 2 admissions per shift
• Rounding on assigned patients
• Hospital privileges required
