Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and document vital signs.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain complete, timely patient records and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
