Requirements

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Conduct patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and as ordered.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
