Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 9-Week Contract, PM Shift (2:00 PM10:30 PM) in Rutland, VT

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a Rutland, VT team on a 9-week contract starting June 29, 2026. This is a local, non-travel position working the 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift. Compensation is $904 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide bedside nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians, taking a hands-on role in patient care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage wound care: assess, clean, dress, and monitor for signs of infection or complications.
• Regularly monitor and document patients’ vital signs and clinical changes.
• Keep accurate, timely patient records and help educate patients and families about diagnoses and self-care plans.
• Respond quickly and professionally to medical emergencies and follow established infection control protocols.
