Licensure & Certifications:

• Active LPN license for the state of New Mexico
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and accurately.
• Maintain clear, timely patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection-control protocols.

Shift Requirements:

• Available to work scheduled Thu–Sat during assignment period.
