Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — Montesano, WA — 13-Week Local Assignment

Join a contract, non-travel opportunity in Montesano, WA for a 13-week assignment beginning June 29, 2026. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday (35 hours/week) and offers local pay at $2,282 per 35-hour week.

Licensing & Certifications:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough physical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and lead therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and advise on assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families and maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress.
