Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Contract, 9-Week Position in Belen, NM (ThuSat)

Contract, non-travel position in Belen, NM beginning July 1, 2026 — 9-week assignment. Schedule: Thursday–Saturday. Pay: Local rate $914 per 36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid LPN state license.
• BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, performing thorough patient assessments and administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition continuously; recognize and report changes promptly.
• Manage wounds: clean, dress, evaluate for infection or complications, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
