Registered Nurse (RN) — Night Shift Contract, 7-Week Assignment — Muscle Shoals, AL

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a facility in Muscle Shoals, AL on a 7-week contract (non-travel). This role starts July 1, 2026, and follows a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Compensation is local pay: $1,094 per 36-hour period.

What you’ll need

• An active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do

• Plan and carry out comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration and collecting specimens for testing.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans, assist with procedures, and keep patient records up to date.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement nursing interventions, and document changes in condition and progress.
• Accurately chart all nursing activities—assessments, education, interventions—in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by ensuring order, supervising patient conduct, and addressing safety concerns promptly.
