Requirements:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and progress.
- Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with clinical procedures.
- Accurately document nursing activities, assessments, education, and care plans in medical records.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce unit rules and supervise patient conduct.
