Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
• BLS certification.

Overview:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting. Duties include conducting thorough patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting vital signs, and performing wound care with attention to infection prevention. Maintain accurate patient records, educate patients and families on conditions and self-care, and respond promptly to medical emergencies while following established protocols.
