Rate: Travel: $1488/32-hours
Requirements:
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
- BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
- Perform patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications.
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care needs.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
