What we’re looking for:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) state license
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians, delivering safe, compassionate care every day
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Manage wound care—assess, clean, dress, and watch for signs of infection or other complications
• Monitor and document vital signs consistently and accurately
• Keep clear, detailed patient records and communicate condition and self-care instructions to patients and families
• Act quickly and professionally during medical emergencies and follow established infection control practices
