Join a collaborative team in Alameda, CA for a 14-week, local contract role starting July 6, 2026. This Monday–Friday position (36 hours/week) offers a competitive local rate of $1,526 per 36 hours.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to help evaluate patients and carry out prescribed interventions and exercises.
- Apply therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
- Teach patients the exercises they need and coach families on home programs to support recovery.
- Keep clear, accurate patient records and communicate regularly with the PT and the rest of the care team.
- Follow safety and infection-control procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Active, valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
