Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rate: Local: $2,636 / 40 hours
Required qualifications:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Prior nursing leadership experience (Director of Nursing experience preferred).
- BLS certification.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, professional work environment.
- Oversee and coordinate patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and clinical protocols.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, infection control standards, and patient safety/quality assurance.
- Manage the nursing department budget and resource allocation.
- Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote patient-centered care.
