Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) — Contract, Hayward CA (JulOct 2026)

We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a Hayward, CA team on a 16-week contract beginning July 6, 2026. This is a local, non-travel role with a full weekly schedule (Sun–Sat) and a rate of $1484 for a 35-hour week.

What you’ll be doing

• Work alongside the Occupational Therapist to help assess patients’ physical and functional abilities and identify areas needing support.
• Implement planned interventions and activities that improve motor skills, mobility, and independence with daily tasks.
• Coach patients and caregivers on safe, effective use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and any changes in condition.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a secure therapy environment.

What we need from you

• A current, active Occupational Therapy Assistant license for the state.
