Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Apply hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and recommend/use appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on care, safety, and home programs.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes.
