Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (including AED).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and supervise exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and instruct patients in the use of assistive devices.
• Provide patient and family education and maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress.
