Telehealth Cognitive & Behavioral Neurologist — Remote (US)

We are hiring a fully virtual Neurology clinician to provide specialized care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders nationwide.

Role and responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations and follow-ups for memory and cognitive disorders.
• Diagnose, stage, and manage neurodegenerative conditions, including medication management and care planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (APPs, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators) to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Serve as a clinical leader: supervise and mentor APPs across multiple states, ensure adherence to clinical and telehealth standards, and contribute to quality improvement.
• Use telemedicine platforms to perform virtual neurological assessments, document care, and communicate with patients and families.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Minimum requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
• Board Certification in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
• Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and clinical teams.
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications

• Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive or Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology.
• Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models.
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
• Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
