Family Medicine Physician — Denver | 4-Day Week, No Nights/Weekends, Team-Based Care

Join a patient-centered team at a Level II Trauma Center in Denver, CO. Work in an integrated network alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialists to provide comprehensive, team-based care for chronic disease management, acute illness, and preventive services.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care across the lifespan
• Manage chronic conditions, acute complaints, preventive care, routine screenings, and vaccinations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated patient care
• Participate in quality improvement and performance measures

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Minimum 5+ years clinical experience preferred

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000–$260,000 annually
