Overview

• Hospitalist role providing inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, working collaboratively with local obstetricians to improve patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of obstetric emergencies.
• Admit, evaluate, manage, and disposition patients in the hospital setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and peer collaboration.

Schedule & Compensation

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits.
• Typical schedule: 7–9, 24-hour hospitalist shifts per month (approximately 21 days off per month).
• No office management responsibilities and no traditional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one.
