Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Full-Time Outpatient (Perth Amboy/North Bergen, NJ)

Join a community-focused pediatric practice that’s dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and families across Central and Northern New Jersey. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work full time, primarily from our Perth Amboy office, with optional coverage at our North Bergen location.

What you’ll do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care with occasional hospital rounding on newborns (about every 6 weeks).
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required.
• Work a 5-day week with an every-other-Saturday rotation; when you work Saturday you’ll have one weekday off that week.
• Serve a diverse patient population—Spanish-speaking clinicians are strongly preferred to better meet the needs of our large Hispanic community.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $130,000–$140,000 (based on credentials and experience)

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible New Jersey license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish proficiency preferred
