Pediatric NP/PA — Outpatient Practice in Perth Amboy (Full-Time, Spanish Preferred, Partnership Track)

Join a community-focused pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position based primarily in our Perth Amboy office, with optional coverage at our North Bergen location.

Key responsibilities and setting:

• Provide outpatient pediatric care with periodic hospital rounding on newborns (approximately every 6 weeks). No delivery or C-section coverage required.
• Full-time, five-day work week with alternating Saturday rotations; when working Saturdays you receive one weekday off.
• Serve a diverse patient population; Spanish-speaking clinicians are strongly preferred.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $130,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
• Quarterly performance bonus and partnership track opportunities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible New Jersey license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Spanish proficiency preferred
