Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner — Integrated, Flexible Schedule, No Weekends (Amherst/Northampton, MA)

Join a progressive, collaborative practice that treats the whole person. We combine psychiatry, primary care, behavioral health, acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutrition across two well-established offices in Amherst and Northampton, MA, and we’re looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team serving adults and adolescents.

What the role looks like

• Flexible full-time clinical load: 29 clinical hours per week
• Typical day: most days end earlier; one evening per week until 6 PM
• No on-call shifts and no weekends, ever
• Hybrid work: ideally one day each week in Amherst and Northampton with the rest remote
• Appointment times: 45-minute intake visits, 30-minute follow-ups
• You’ll work closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nutritionists in an integrated care model
• Strong administrative support: staff help with prior authorizations and paperwork so you can focus on patients

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range $130,000–$165,000 plus a productivity-based true-up bonus tied to clinical performance

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Experience or interest in adult and adolescent psychiatry
