Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Adult & Adolescent) — Integrated Outpatient Practice, Amherst MA

Join a multidisciplinary practice providing integrated psychiatry, primary care, behavioral health, acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutrition across Amherst and Northampton, MA. Seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient psychiatric care to adults and adolescents.

Location and Schedule

• Based in Amherst with one office in Northampton; hybrid model (expected one day/week in each office, remainder remote)
• Full-time = 29 clinical hours/week
• One day/week scheduled until 6:00 PM; other days end earlier
• No call, no weekends

Clinical Structure

• 45-minute intake visits; 30-minute follow-up visits
• Collaborative team including PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nutritionists
• Integrated care model with close coordination between psychiatry, primary care, and wellness services
• Administrative support for prior authorizations and clinical forms

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $130,000–$165,000
• Productivity-based true-up bonus tied to clinical performance

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Experience or strong interest in adult and adolescent psychiatry
• Effective communicator and team-oriented
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
