Per Diem Hospitalist Physician — Littleton, NH (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine)

Per diem hospitalist position in Littleton, NH. Coverage for PTO, FMLA, and vacations; inpatient hospital-based role with optional additional Urgent Care shifts.

Compensation

• $120–$130+ per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

• Per diem; flexible shifts to cover leave; potential for additional days in Urgent Care if desired.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary services.
• Participate in discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records per hospital policy.
• Cover vacation/PTO shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum two years hospitalist experience preferred.
• Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
