Geriatrics-Focused Adult Primary Care Physician — Outpatient, Bronx, NY (FT)

We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in the Bronx that primarily serves older adults. You can be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient duties and a team-based, value-driven approach to care.

What you’ll like about this role:

• Competitive compensation: $230,000–$250,000 plus a 20% performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM — no nights, no weekends
• Outpatient setting only (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Value-based care model with an emphasis on patient-centered teamwork
• Patient population: primarily geriatric, with expanding internal medicine care for adults 18+
• Manageable patient volume: typically 7–10 patients per day
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly preferred

Minimum qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
