Job Description
We are hiring a full-time primary care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a new outpatient clinic in Bangor, Maine. You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across preventive, chronic, and acute needs and help shape a growing clinic.
Core responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care for individuals and families (preventive care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care).
- Perform history and physical examinations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and medication management within your scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary clinical team and refer to specialists as needed.
- Document encounters accurately and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Participate in clinic development, quality improvement, and patient education efforts.
Schedule and support
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
- Strong administrative and clinical team support.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary range: $140,000–$150,000.

Qualifications
