PRN Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Multiple Atlanta-Area Locations

We’re looking for a motivated, flexible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis. This role is great for clinicians who want schedule flexibility while staying engaged in patient care within a collaborative, patient-focused practice.

Locations
We have openings across the Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA. You can indicate preferred sites when applying.

Schedule & expectations

• PRN means no minimum weekly commitment.
• New PRN clinicians complete three full days of training before starting shifts.
• All credentialing must be finished prior to scheduling.
• Provide your availability in advance; shifts are assigned based on organizational needs.
• Open shifts will be posted and you can pick those that fit your schedule.
• To retain PRN status, you must accept at least one offered shift per month (when available).

Compensation

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and preventive screenings.
• Create and manage patient-centered treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per Georgia regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Prefer 1–2 years of primary care experience; strong new graduates with relevant clinical training will be considered.
