Seeking Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a hospitalist team in Easton, Maryland. The role ensures every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital receives expert, timely care and supports collaboration with local obstetricians while preserving work/life balance.

Compensation and schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually
• Full-time hospitalist position; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)
• Flexible scheduling with ability to create your own schedule
• No on-call responsibilities or office practice management

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and labor/delivery coverage
• Collaborate with local obstetricians and hospital teams to improve patient safety and outcomes

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Maryland medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
