Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Family Medicine (Integrative Primary Care)

Join a well-established, patient-focused family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts. We practice an integrative, whole-person approach that blends primary care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services — all designed to support patients from newborns through older adults.

Schedule and location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
• One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)
• Opportunity to work across both clinic locations, collaborating with a diverse group of providers

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary range: $130,000–$165,000 (based on experience)

Core responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care with behavioral health clinicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other complementary providers
• Emphasize preventive care and effective chronic disease management
• Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation

Who we’re looking for

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or eligible to obtain licensure
• Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred
• A commitment to patient-centered, integrative care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
