Orthopedic Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner — Littleton, NH (Full-Time, $110K–$130K)

Full-time opportunity in Littleton, NH for an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Must have orthopedic clinical experience and proficiency with trigger point injections.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical histories to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions (fractures, sprains, arthritis, etc.)
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (X-ray, MRI, labs)
• Develop and implement treatment plans including medications, injections, physical therapy, bracing, and referral for surgery when indicated
• Provide perioperative management and assist with orthopedic procedures (arthroscopy, fracture care, joint replacement workflows)
• Prescribe and monitor rehabilitation programs and home exercise plans
• Educate patients on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health
• Coordinate care with surgeons, physical/occupational therapists, and other providers
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• Active New Hampshire state license and DEA registration
• Demonstrated orthopedic experience, including trigger point injections
• Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and communication skills

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $110,000–$130,000
