Job Description

Join an established orthopedic team in Littleton, NH, as a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with orthopedic experience and proficiency in trigger point injections. You’ll manage a broad caseload of musculoskeletal conditions in a well-supported critical access hospital and collaborate closely with surgeons, therapists, and other care providers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients, review histories, and diagnose orthopedic conditions (fractures, sprains, arthritis, etc.).
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies (X-ray, MRI, labs) and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide nonoperative management including medications, injections (including trigger point), and rehabilitation prescriptions.
  • Assist with and perform appropriate in-office and surgical procedures (arthroscopy support, fracture care, joint injections, wound management).
  • Coordinate care with physical and occupational therapists and communicate clearly with patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow-up care plans.
  • Provide patient education on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health.

Qualifications:

  • Active PA or NP license with authorization to practice in New Hampshire.
  • DEA registration.
  • Demonstrated orthopedic experience; competency with trigger point injections required.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary range: $110,000–$130,000.
