Internal Medicine Physician — Denver (Daytime, No Nights/Weekends, 4-Day Week)

Join a patient-centered primary care team within a Level II Trauma Center network in Denver, CO. Provide comprehensive, team-based care for adults—managing chronic conditions, treating acute illness, and delivering preventive services in collaboration with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient internal medicine care (chronic disease management, acute visit care, preventive care, routine screenings, vaccinations)
• Collaborate with embedded support staff and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared clinic call only; no nights or weekends
• Document encounters and meet quality and productivity expectations

Schedule

• Full-time, employed position
• 4-day work week
• 30-minute appointment slots
• Shared clinic call (no nights/weekends)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. program
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification in good standing or ability to obtain

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000–$260,000 annually
