Spanish-Speaking Locums-to-Perm Geriatrics/IM/Family Physician — FT Weekdays, $150+/hr, Outpatient

Join a well-established outpatient practice in The Bronx serving a predominantly geriatric population as a Locum-to-Perm physician (conversion within 3–6 months). We seek a Board‑Certified MD or DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics who is committed to collaborative, patient-centered, value‑based care.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation: $150+ per hour
• Full‑time, predictable weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Outpatient setting with no inpatient, night, or weekend responsibilities
• Manageable patient panel: approximately 7–10 visits per day
• Primarily geriatric population with expanding care for adults 18+
• Expedited credentialing and transition from locum to permanent within 3–6 months

Preferred

• Spanish proficiency helpful for patient communication

Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a dedication to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
