OB/GYN Physician — Full-Time, Competitive Pay & Benefits in Surprise, AZ

Location: Surprise, Arizona

Position overview:
Provide full-time obstetrics and gynecology care including preventive services, prenatal and postpartum management, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, and management of labor and delivery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Manage prenatal visits, high- and low-risk pregnancies, labor, delivery, and postpartum follow-up
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions, perform surgeries and procedures as indicated
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances (with appropriate DEA registration)
• Coordinate care with nurses, midwives, anesthesiology, neonatology, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
• Proven diagnostic, surgical, and clinical patient-care skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
