Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Atlanta (Flexible Schedule, No Call, $230–280k + Incentives)

Join a collaborative outpatient team in Atlanta, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. This role offers a flexible weekday-focused schedule with extended hours, minimal weekend duty, and no on-call responsibilities—ideal for clinicians who value work-life balance and comprehensive care.

Locations: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, Tyrone

Schedule:

• Three weekdays per week (Mon–Fri) with extended clinic hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

Key responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based primary care to an adult population, including routine exams and Pap smears
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and address urgent care needs within the practice
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with care team members to achieve quality outcomes
• Complete accurate EMR documentation and review labs within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and clinical judgment
