Outpatient Family Medicine Physician – Buckhead (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead (Atlanta), GA, delivering patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, high-quality clinical setting. This role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and efficient evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions—without on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (M–F): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults, including routine exams and Pap smears
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses and address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and commitment to patient-centered care
