Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join an independent CRNA practice on a single medical campus in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy, a varied caseload, and close collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
What you’ll do
- Provide full-spectrum perioperative anesthesia across a broad range of cases including orthopedics (including spine), general surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics. No cardiac or OB cases.
- Work independently as part of an established CRNA practice while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with physician colleagues.
- Participate in the hospital’s regional post-op pain management and ERAS programs when appropriate.
- Be available for call on a 1:9 rotation with infrequent callbacks and occasional post-call days off.
The environment
- Single campus with: 5 hospital ORs, 4 outpatient surgery center ORs, 1 endoscopy suite, and 2 catheterization labs.
- Acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed open ICU, and an 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians.
- Active ERAS and regional pain programs support optimal patient recovery.

What we’re looking for
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Unrestricted Montana CRNA license or ability to obtain one.
- Regional block skills and experience practicing independently preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient safety, and a team-oriented, flexible attitude.
