Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210-220/hr

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology practice supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a great fit if you want flexible, ongoing telemedicine work—whether as supplemental income or a long-term remote practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Typical responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular interventions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand are preferred; high-need states include FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, and CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
