Locum Tele-Neurologist (Remote)

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospital and emergency department care across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible, ongoing telemedicine work—whether as supplemental shifts or a long-term virtual practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
