Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Schedules, $210–220/hr, Malpractice Covered

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team, supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity—perfect if you want supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultation for emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians
• Develop and communicate treatment plans and document encounters in the EMR

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO with neurology training
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke and acute care experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Licensing support provided, though licenses in hand are preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, and CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
