Locums Tele-Neurology Physician (Remote) — Neurology, Stroke/Acute Care Telemedicine

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians needed for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Flexible scheduling with ongoing need; suitable for supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred; licensing support provided
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
