Board-Certified/Eligible Dermatologist — $500K+ | 4 Clinic Days, No Hospital Call, Boston Area

We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a well-established, growing outpatient practice just south of Boston. This full-time position offers a predictable, clinic-focused schedule—four clinical days and one administrative day each week—with no hospital call. You’ll treat a mix of routine and complex medical dermatology cases, with the option to build a cosmetic practice if you’d like.

We’re a private, non-profit group recognized for quality and safety, with more than 150 physicians across 18 offices. Our collaborative, patient-centered culture supports physicians with experienced staff and a strong referral base. The site features a state-of-the-art surgical suite and an established patient population, so you can hit the ground running.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base compensation ($500,000+), plus incentive opportunities

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Massachusetts medical license, MA Controlled Substance Registration, and Federal DEA
