Dermatologist (General) — Partnership-Track, Springfield MA, Full-Time

Compensation and benefits

Key responsibilities

• Provide general dermatology care in an outpatient setting (Monday–Friday; no weekends)
• Supervise and mentor current and future physician assistants
• Contribute to practice growth through business development and community engagement
• Participate in financial and operational decision-making as part of leadership development and partnership track
• Deliver patient-centered care with an emphasis on quality and service

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed dermatology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one
