Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Schedules, $210K–$220K, 100% Remote

This fully remote locum opportunity is ideal if you’re looking for supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice with flexible scheduling. You’ll evaluate acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with dedicated clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular therapy decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and document encounters in the EMR
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and support treatment plans

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with Neurology board certification or eligibility
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand are preferred — particularly FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
