We are seeking a full-time Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to join our Mesa, AZ team. You will provide comprehensive primary care for adult and geriatric patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions with clinical excellence, cultural sensitivity, and compassionate, patient-centered care. Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner certification from the Arizona Board of Nursing
• Valid Arizona Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice licenses
• Active DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CPR and AED certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (required for behavioral health locations)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Experience treating adults with acute and chronic conditions; geriatrics experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills; ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and the public
• Solid command of business English, including spelling and punctuation
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
