Internal/Family Medicine Physician — Tucson, AZ | $190–246K + Sign‑On & Relocation

Our Community Health Center in Tucson, AZ is hiring a full-time Internal or Family Medicine physician to provide clinical leadership, supervise professional support staff, and deliver high-quality primary care. Candidates with 2–5 years’ experience are preferred; new graduates and J-1/H-1B visa holders are welcome. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $190,000–$246,120

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified, recertified, or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Arizona
• BLS certification required
• Maintain annual CME requirements for licensure
• Professional licensure and DEA reimbursement

Preferred qualifications

• 2–5 years’ clinical experience in outpatient or group practice settings
• Spanish language skills
