Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon — Hospital-Employed (Twin Falls, ID)

Join an experienced, collaborative surgical team in Twin Falls, Idaho, and deliver comprehensive vascular care in a supportive, hospital-employed setting. You’ll work at a Level III Trauma Center managing the full spectrum of acute and elective vascular cases while benefiting from strong institutional and administrative support.

What you’ll do

• Practice full-time in a hospital-based vascular surgery role.
• Manage arterial and venous procedures across emergent, trauma, and elective cases.
• Participate in a structured call rotation with 24/7 backup from experienced advanced practice providers and hospital staff.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Rely on an employed model that provides operational and administrative support so you can focus on clinical care.

Who we’re looking for

• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
• Active Idaho medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years post-residency experience with demonstrated competence in trauma, emergent, and elective vascular procedures.
